World Yoga Day 2010, FREE CLASSES!!

On Sunday the 31st of January 2010, Yoga is Life, Chantal Soeters and Zerlines Yoga will donate their time and space for several yoga sessions at Soulful Studio in Amsterdam. This day will be devoted to the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

Students attending the event may donate whatever tuition they want. The donations will be given to Doctors Without Borders.

The schedule will be:

10.00-11.30   Hatha Yoga influenced by Anusara

                                       Chantal Soeters

12.00-13.15   Yoga & Meditation

                                       Chantal van der Meij

13.45-15.00   Vinyasa Yoga

                                       Chantal van der Meij

15.30-16.30   Zerlines Yoga with toddlers (ages 2,5 - 5)

                                       Zerline Nooij
